Our team will review your design to confirm if it is suitable for tufting and provide any recommendations if needed.
Once your inquiry has been reviewed, we’ll contact you using your preferred method of communication to discuss pricing, sizing, colors, and the next steps.
Once rug details and modifications have been confirmed, full payment is due before order begins processing.
