THE PROCESS
Our team carefully handcrafts each rug with high-quality materials and pays attention to detail. From tracing each design on premium cloth to carving in between colors, we take each step intentionally to ensure longevity in each rug.
how OUR RUGS ARE PRICED
Tuft Haven prices rugs based on size, design complexity, number of colors, fiber content, and includes shipping. All our custom rugs include non-slip backing and a deluxe trim. Our materials are premium and high quality. Our deluxe trims require hours of professional carving and trimming, typically the longest part of the entire production.

PAYMENT AND PRODUCTION
After finalizing inquiry, full payment of order is required to begin production.
When we receive full payment, our team gather amount of yarn colors needed to fulfill order and begin production.
Our production processes 2-4 weeks before shipping. Production may process sooner depending on volume of orders.
Our minor excuse for long production time:
We are a tufting studio that host events. There may be instances where our team has to pause production to accommodate other business ventures.
OR
We may run out of yarn material and have to place orders online.
Shipping fee is included within prices.
Receive consistent updates on order via preferred way of contact.
Tracking numbers and photo of final status of rug will be sent via EMAIL.
