PARTY EVENT INQUIRY FORM
Before filling out the Party Event Inquiry Form, please have accurate information about the number of guests to receive an accurate quote. We also recommend having potential designs from each participating party member for image approval.
Keep in mind, if this is everyone’s first time tufting a rug, it is important to have each member on the same page about having images APPROVED at least a week before the event.
