• STANDARD Workshops are our larger rug making sessions. Tufting frames are 32” x 36” which will give you a approx. 28-30 inch sized rug.

• MINI Workshops are our smaller frames. Tufting frames are 26” x 26” which will give you a GUARANTEED 2ft sized rug.

• EXPECT to stand and use arm and wrist strength the entire tufting session. Seating for all heights are provided as well as hands-on assistance to help complete your design.

• EXPECT to be instructed on how to safely and effectively use a tufting gun within the first 20 minutes, leaving you with 2 hours and 40 minutes to complete your rug.

• EXPECT all materials and more provided in the workshop.

• Please note that if your rug is not completed during the session, EXPECT a additional $55 fee at end of workshop, even if you did not ‘ADD-ON’ service with reservation.

• NON-LOCAL RESIDENTS: Shipping is waived. Please provide shipping address via email once rug/s are COMPLETED/READY.

We do not provide designs for our standard workshops.

Email your potential design to be approved. We do not approve nor trace images that consists of excessive wording, colors and lines.

Most of our guests send designs from platforms like Pinterest. Others tuft their favorite childhood cartoon or trending design.

If you need further assistance in finding an image, we are more than happy to assist.

Before booking your spot at Tuft Haven, it's important to know if you can stand and occasionally bend your back for three hours. Tufting can be uncomfortable for beginners. Tuft Haven aim to create a comfortable environment with seating for people of all heights.

Please review our policies before selecting your preferred day and time.

You will still be charged $55 if your rug is not completely TUFTED.

“DELUXE TRIM” - $75 per frame ; add this to your reservation for a more polish look. Also to increase longevity of custom rug. Deluxe trim includes 3 additional hours of trim/carve.
