Production begins after you email your design and order number
Order takes between 2-4 weeks after order confirmation and final payment

Custom Rugs Orders require a three-payment plan, or you may pay the remaining balance in full.
First Payment: Deposit ($65)
Second Payment: Once rug details are confirmed and before the order officially starts
Third Payment: Remaining Balance once the rug is completed. You must confirm work before the rug adhesive is applied. The remaining balance must be paid before the custom rug is PICKED-UP or SHIPPED.
Shipping fees will be included in the price.
Local Pickup requires no shipping fee.
