Read the information below before filling out the Custom Rug Form. Have accurate measurements and any design details ready. Check our prices, lead times, and policies on cancellations or missed balance payments. Note any special shipping or extra requirements and possible additional fees. Make sure your contact information is current so we can reach you. Submitting the form is not a final contract; our team will follow up within 24–48 hours to verify details and send a formal quote.
Please be mindful that each rug is handmade, requires certain materials that cannot be reused or sold once started and completed.
Also it takes hours and hardwork to produce into perfection.
Our rugs are priced by size, how long it will take to produce and design detail.
( EXAMPLE; The bigger size, the cost increases. If the design is intricate and requires many colors, expect a price over $200. )
It will hurt the business and the team, if you begin an order and do not have the remaining balance.
( EXAMPLE : If you place a rug order for a logo/business rug, or a name rug; once our team completes your rug, we will NOT be able to resell or add it to our market as it is fairly unique )

Whether it’s a logo, character, or aesthetic design, we’ll tuft it into the perfect rug. Provide design/image, size, colors, and any changes below. After a $25 quote deposit via payment link or Cash App ($TUFTHAVEN), we’ll send a custom quote.
Payment plan:
Deposit: $25 (quote)
2nd: 50% of rug balance
Final: remaining 50% when rug is complete (must be paid before shipping or at pickup)
Production, Pricing & Shipping:
All custom rugs take up tp 10 business days to produce.
All custom rugs start at 2ft (24"): $75
3ft (36"): $145
4ft (48"): $225
5ft (60"): $350
6ft (72"): $550 (max size)
Includes non-slip backing. Deluxe trim extra.
Local pickup: no shipping fee, cash accepted.
Orders begin after deposit; production 3–10 business days (overall process 7–14 days after deposit).
Shipping fees varies based on provided shipping address on form.
