Have accurate measurements and any design details ready. Check our prices, lead times, and policies on cancellations or missed balance payments. Please note any special shipping requirements or additional fees that may apply. Make sure your contact information is current so we can reach you. Submitting the form is not a final contract; our team will follow up within 24–48 hours to verify details and send a formal quote.

Please be mindful that each rug is handmade, requires certain materials that cannot be reused or sold once started and completed.

Also, it takes hours and hard work to produce into perfection.

Our rugs are priced by size, how long it will take to produce, and design detail.

( EXAMPLE: The bigger size, the cost slightly increases. If the design is intricate and requires many colors, the price slightly increases due to the amount of material needed.)

EXAMPLE : If you place a rug order for a logo/business rug, or a name rug; once our team completes your rug, we will NOT be able to resell or add it to our market as it is fairly unique )
